Our Chef creates his menus according to the seasons, in collaboration with our local producers.
From 7am to 10am, breakfast is served facing the sea in our restaurant l’Essentiel, or as room service on your room terrace. In season, our private beach Le Cocobaïa serves a continental breakfast from 9am, with your feet in the sand. Every morning, our Chef prepares an array of homemade dishes, such as our fragrant cakes, madeleines, financiers and crêpes.
He carefully selects regional products: local organic honey, homemade jams, cold meats and cheeses… Your eggs will be prepared ‘minute’ by our cooks, just the way you like them. A gourmet invitation to get your day off to the perfect start.
Breakfast is also available to our out-of-town guests.
